Any large banks will offer a secured credit card.
You can phone in and ask for details, but any large bank will offer this type of credit card. You will provide how ever much money you want in credit to the bank, and in turn they will provide you with a credit card with that limit.

Either try a student credit card if you’re a student, or try a secured card if you’re not a student. Websites like findsecuredcards (google it) have a great selection of cards that you can use.
